I, as parent or legal guardian of the said child, give permission for my child to be involved in a fortnightly (or ad-hoc), online group video conference for the purpose of engaging with other C3 Youth and approved Youth Leaders. I have read and understood the C3 Queanbeyan protocols and guidelines for staff, pastors and leaders with respect to their online pastoral and ministry activity. I understand that no less than two approved Youth Leaders will be involved in each group conference and that these leaders have Working with Children’s Checks (WWCC) and have been appointed as per the C3 Queanbeyan ChildSafe system. 

In consideration for my child’s participation in the C3 Queanbeyan Youth video conference, I and my child agree to abide by all guidelines and instructions, as communicated by the C3 Queanbeyan Youth Leaders, and as updated from time to time.
